Get your baby belly put into a lifelong cast as a beautiful piece of art between you and your babe, while being held and pampered during your session. Professional photography is often a added to this session, as a part of your celebratory keepsake.

Pre-conception, pre-natal and post partum healing includes energy clearing sessions to support your fortification and transformation process.

This session is 2 hours long. With an emphasis on a childbearing year protocol, there will be light effleurage combined with lymphatic drainage and energetic drop-in.

An intention based womb blessing ceremony during your baby shower to bless and protect the mama and baby as open. This service includes options for catering as well as local custom made materials to support the ritual.

This workshop is offered in one or two days, across Vancouver Island and British Columbia. We travel to host this one of a kind deep dive into womb sovereignty, anatomy and somatic wellness.

This one day retreat goes beyond your average prenatal class.

We weave in the logical/mental game of birth with embodied attunement. Imagine being at a cave entrance and you've read the maps before entering, you've seen pictures and videos, but the experience itself is a whole new game. By tuning into the complex language of your body, breath and to revel in your innate ability to grow a child and to give birth using calming meditation & hypnobirthing techniques for comfort and flow.

This 1:1 session is designed as an inclusive, accessible holistic coverage on what to expect and how to best prepare for your ideal birth vision. During these deep in-person sessions, we'll go over all of your questions, fears, and deepest intentions. With the benefit of exploring in person breathwork and relaxation techniques for childbirth anchoring.

Afterwards you will receive a workbook to go through at your leisure to ensure you feel more confident and at ease for your upcoming birth adventure.

We offer three tailored coaching bundles for youth, adolescents, and adults. Each one-month series involves a commitment of 4 x 60-minute sessions, designed to meet you where you are. These customized packages include everything in our 1:1 sessions, along with a weekly accountability check-in via email. We will meet weekly, either online or in person (often outdoors), to address your evolving goals. Certified as a birth coach and instructor of Holistic Peer Counseling, Serena intuitively creates a personalized blend of exercises to help you reclaim your power, navigate life’s challenges, and gain clarity—whether you’re fertile, postpartum, or at any stage of life. These sessions are crafted for all ages, backgrounds, and experiences, empowering you to step into your fullest potential.

Creative Bloom, Ages 11-16

This package is designed for young individuals to explore their inner power and intuition, providing support and guidance to navigate the challenges of adolescence. Through personalized exercises and weekly check-ins, we will build a foundation of resources to nurture self-trust, self-awareness, and clarity in your life’s direction.

Creative Flow for Teens, Ages 16-19

This series focuses on empowering teens to harness their creative potential, using embodiment practices to build confidence and resilience. Weekly sessions help unlock the wisdom within, giving you tools to navigate the unknowns with strength and clarity.

Radical Clarity Coaching, Ages 18+

This package is for individuals, whether fertile, postpartum, or navigating other life transitions, who seek to reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and gain clarity on their personal journey. Through intuitive coaching and a blend of holistic practices, you will be guided to navigate life’s challenges, trust your body’s signals, and step into your fullest potential with confidence and clarity.

In a side lying position, you will receive a head to toe massage including arms with emphasis on hip, lower back and leg release. Foot reflexology for digestion will also be applied. This massage is done on a table that provides extra elevation so you can also be elevated while lying on your back. Your neck and belly can be accessed for a gentle technique for relaxation, release and calm.

Massage sessions are home visits. we provide a massage table, fresh linen and an organic custom oil blend with local wildcrafted ingredients.

​You made it this far after the whirlwind of giving birth, now let's gather, celebrate and rediscover YOU in post birth. Postpartum* isn't just a 6 week period. Your life, and your whole being have changed forever as a parent. This adventure of day and night time parenting, may feel a lot bigger than you anticipated. In this one on one series, you will learn to navigate efficiently through the many evolving needs around and within you.

This is a 90 minute massage and Reiki attunement at your home. A space for emotional release and to explore why and where tension is being held. Some of these factors may include fatigue, baby positioning, sleeping needs and post birth recovery. An intentional reset for your nervous system using acupressure, hot rock therapy and energetic release for your chakras.

This an in house visit. A ritual offered during your tender post-birth recovery.

Accommodating to your flow of tending your newborn this sesh is to relax and rejuvenate you. This postpartum practice is still widely known and used to help keep the womb warm and support the lower back as the body readjusts after birth.

Holistic belly binding is an ancient postpartum ritual from the Indonesia and Malaysia and other nearby regions. Combined with a womb massage of a warming blend of topical herbs, this extra support helps you to feel nurtured and physically supported with the benefits of this celebratory ritual to revel in your shifts and changes.

This session is 2 hours long which includes a massage and how to best apply the traditional technique so that you can continue to do on your own for 4-6 weeks.

We have four different doula packages. For each of them, we are available around the clock during an on-call period starting at 37 weeks of pregnancy. As experienced and dedicated companions, your doula and/or photographer are here to embark on this unforgettable journey with you, ensuring your unique hopes and needs are prioritized at every step, guiding you towards the experience you desire. All doula clients receive discounts on all of our add-on services.
