Matrescence is an experience which includes the many moons of getting ready to conceive and birth a baby, until you are fully settled and thriving in your postpartum period. Rooted in holistic guidance, celebratory tradition and self care practices, we are here to support the enrichment and vitality of our cross-cultural parenting community.
Founded within the largest temperate rain forest on the planet, we are proud to serve the diverse and unique population that we have also chosen to raise our children with. We are committed to promoting the enjoyment of nature and increasing awareness of our own unique mind body and soul connection with the land and birth. Through education and exciting gatherings and embodied mentorship we offer innovative, experiential programs and activities to reconnect youth and families with themselves, each other and their natural environment.

As a nerd, martial artist, and seasoned wisdom keeper with 20 years of experience in the childbirth arts, I trust the alchemy between intuition, culture, and science. Having spent a decade hosting weekly postpartum groups for hundreds of families, I know first hand, our deep need for community. I am here to guide you through your fears, helping you rise into your most authentic, complete, and calm self.
