Hi, I’m Serena.
…but my friends and family call me “The People’s Strawberry”. Since the age of 8, I’ve been a poet and a book lover, and along the way, I discovered something profound: many creation stories are rooted in the humble strawberry. It’s a symbol of growth, sweetness, and the cycles of life — much like our own stories.
In our reproductive health community, I offer bursts of inspiration, drawing from a deep lineage of knowledge keepers who have thrived with sweetness and strength. Like you, I grow easily alongside others. Rooted in timeless resilience, my spirit bears fruit that is rich and abundant, with seeds that glow brightly, ready to spread.
I find space to grow on mountain sides (having spent three winters off-grid in the alpine raising children) or in the nurturing soil of a homegrown garden (homesteading is a passion of mine). I am a sister in spirit, alchemizing life’s lessons — especially those from birth — to share what the world needs most: LOVE.

My goal is to empower others to trust their deepest instincts and their womb as their truest guide. It’s not about pressure, but about stepping into your own intuitive power with grace and confidence.
Through my own journey of embodied wisdom — which began with the messy, beautiful process of stepping into motherhood 17 years ago-in addition to experiencing my own reproductive health challenges as a teen — I found myself drawn into the world of traditional childbirth. I don’t claim to be an expert, but a keeper of timeless wisdom. I offer pregnancy massage, rooted in a land-based prenatal protocol, to nurture both your body and soul. I believe in the power of hypnobirthing and teach breathwork and meditation practices that help you stay grounded, connected, and centered while tending to your own needs. With 18 years immersed in childbirth arts, I’ve come to understand the intricate dance between intuition, culture, and research — and how these elements shape our lives, especially during moments of profound decision-making. I’m here to guide you through your fears and help you rise into the most authentic version of freedom within your mind, body, and heart. Life is not meant to be taken too seriously, but it is a sacred responsibility to nurture our mental health and sense of liberation, which calls for new ways of relating to one another.
At Honey Womb, we proudly welcome all identities, including LGBTQ+ twin spirits. We believe that true community and self-reliance are built when we listen deeply — not just to the world around us, but to the voice within. We each hold the sacred responsibility of nurturing what we wish to bring forth, whether it’s our own transformation, our creative ideas, or the projects we birth into the world. We do this with the strength and wisdom that our grandmothers once dreamed for us.
